Shipment processing time:

  •  All orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days.
  •  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or on holidays.
  •  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we expect a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.

Please note that all of our shipments are insured and will be delivered by one of our delivery partners; FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or USPS.

  • Once it dispatched You will get the delivery within 5-8 business days. (Ring & Fine Jewelry crafting time does not include in this timeframe.
  • Orders up to $500 will incur a shipping fee of $35 USD.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. If you want to check on your order status simply click here.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If you are from the United States you don’t need to pay any customs duties/fees.

Loose Grown Diamond is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost/Stolen

Loose Grown Diamond takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is fully insured during transit, and we require a signature for all packages. If its get lost you will get full refund.

Insurance and Claim

  • If your shipment status shows as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this period will not be covered, and we will be unable to assist further.
  • Once a package has been dispatched, any changes to the delivery address, including redirection to a FedEx location, will void the shipping insurance and coverage. We strongly advise against altering the delivery destination after dispatch.
  • If you have opted to pick up your package from a FedEx location, please note that insurance coverage is valid for only 24 hours from the time of arrival. After this window, the claim will no longer be covered, and we cannot initiate any claim process.
  • If your package is received in a tampered or damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform the courier. Accepting such a package may void your coverage for any future claims.
  • In the event a claim is required, please note that the standard resolution timeline is up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this process. No refunds or reshipments can be issued while the claim is under review. Once the claim is approved, we will gladly provide either a replacement shipment or a full refund, according to your preference.
  • 4CGrownDiamond holds no liability for shipments experiencing customs clearance delays exceeding 48 hours. Such packages may be returned at the customer’s expense and will not be covered by shipping insurance.

When will my order ship?
Free Shipping:
  • Loose Diamonds: Orders typically deliver within 2 weeks.

What’s included in my order?

In the box, you will receive Diamond/Ring, Hard Copy of IGI/GIA certificate. Note: Diamonds below 1 carat or cart total below $2,500 – hard copy of IGI/GIA certificate will ship individually.
