Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
- During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended
- If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email

- Address changes after shipment may void shipping insurance

- If your package is lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery status
- Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for coverage
If your package arrives damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Report the issue immediately to the courier
Insurance Claims Process
- Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process
- No refunds or reshipments can be issued during claim review
- Once approved, you may choose:
- A replacement shipment
- A full refund
Important Notes
- Redirecting a shipment (e.g., to a FedEx location) may void insurance coverage
- Packages held at pickup locations are only insured for 24 hours after arrival
- Delays caused by customs (over 48 hours) are not covered under shipping insurance

What is included in my order?
Your package will include:
- Your diamond or jewelry item
- A hard copy of the IGI or GIA certificate
📌 Note:
For diamonds under 1 carat or orders below $2,500 USD, the certificate may be shipped separately.
Are your shipments fully insured?
Yes. All shipments are 100% insured during transit.
For added security:
- A signature is required upon delivery
- In case of loss during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we currently do not ship to PO boxes.
