The Diamond Price Match Guarantee

Here are the simplified terms and conditions for the Loose-Grown Diamond Price Match Guarantee:
  1. Price match applies to certified loose lab diamonds only, and does not include settings, finished jewelry, or complete pieces.
  2. To qualify, the competitor’s diamond must have the same certificate number and diamond attributes as ours, visible on the webpage. Please provide the certificate and a link to the competitor’s product for verification.
  3. The competitor’s diamond must be in stock, priced in the same currency, and publicly available.
  4. Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order. Once approved, the new price will be honored for 48 hours. No additional discounts can be applied afterward.
  5. Price match is a complimentary service and cannot be applied multiple times to the same diamond.
  6. The competitor must be a legitimate certified retailer, not an individual or private seller. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to resale or commercial purposes.
  7. Auction websites, pawn shops, or B2B platforms are not eligible.
  8. Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts.
  9. The lower price must be valid at the time of your order.
  10. Pricing errors do not qualify for the price match.

  12. 4CGrownDiamond reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the program at any time. If we are unable to honor a price match, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
