  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended
  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • Address changes after shipment may void shipping insurance

Insurance & Delivery Protection

  • All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

    • A signature is required upon delivery
    • If your package is lost during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery status
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for coverage

If your package arrives damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Report the issue immediately to the courier

Insurance Claims Process

  • Claims may take up to 4 weeks to process
  • No refunds or reshipments can be issued during claim review
  • Once approved, you may choose:
    • A replacement shipment
    • A full refund

Important Notes

  • Redirecting a shipment (e.g., to a FedEx location) may void insurance coverage
  • Packages held at pickup locations are only insured for 24 hours after arrival
  • Delays caused by customs (over 48 hours) are not covered under shipping insurance

Delivery times depend on the product type and shipping method you choose.

  • Loose Diamonds: Delivered within ~2 weeks
  • Engagement Rings / Fine Jewelry: Delivered within 3–4 weeks

Express Shipping ($120 USD)

  • Loose Diamonds: Delivered within ~1 week
  • Engagement Rings / Fine Jewelry: Delivered within 2–3 weeks

What is included in my order?

Your package will include:

  • Your diamond or jewelry item
  • A hard copy of the IGI or GIA certificate

📌 Note:
For diamonds under 1 carat or orders below $2,500 USD, the certificate may be shipped separately.

Are your shipments fully insured?

Yes. All shipments are 100% insured during transit.

For added security:

  • A signature is required upon delivery
  • In case of loss during transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement
Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we currently do not ship to PO boxes.
Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
