Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in original condition
    • All original packaging must be included
    • All documentation must be returned, including the lab-grown diamond certificate

    Please note: Each customer is allowed up to two returns or exchanges per year.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved:

    • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
    • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on your card issuer

Return Shipping

United States Orders

  • Free returns within the U.S.
  • A pre-paid and insured FedEx shipping label will be provided
  • Simply print the label, repack your item, and schedule a pickup or drop it off at your nearest FedEx location

⚠️ Please ensure the diamond certificate is included. A $150 fee will apply if it is missing.

International Orders

  • We cover up to $50 USD for return shipping
  • You will receive the return address from our team
  • Ship the item and share your return receipt to receive reimbursement (up to $50)

Why is your return policy only 7 days?

Our 7-day return policy is designed to ensure fast service and fair access to our lab-grown diamonds.

As both a manufacturer and direct seller, we offer highly competitive pricing without additional retail markups. To maintain this efficiency and keep inventory available for all customers, we limit returns to 7 days from the date of delivery.

In many cases, multiple customers may be interested in the same diamond or jewelry piece. A shorter return window allows us to quickly restock and offer the item to other buyers.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or while the cancellation option is still available.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, please contact our support team for further assistance.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

Once your order is successfully canceled, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
